For the better part of a year we’ve followed ZA3764, an ill-conceived RES4 on Shiloh Road in The Meadows office park. The project is again slated to go before the Planning Commission this month. Your help is needed.
Sharp Residential wants to build a RES4 subdivision on 100 acres already zoned M1 light industrial. The project is almost completely surrounded by The Meadows, a thriving office park in south Forsyth. If approved our county forever loses precious land that could be developed as office use. We desperately need to expand our tax base and add jobs.
